Purely Elizabeth Granola Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of rolled oats (must be certified gluten free oats).
  • 1 ½ cup raw nuts and seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon fine grain salt.
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil and you can also use olive oil.
  • ½ cup maple syrup and you can also use honey.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • ⅔ cup dried fruit.

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F to 150°C. 

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix it with oats, chopped nuts, raw seeds, coconut

flakes, chia seeds, flaxseeds, ground cinnamon, and last but not least is salt. Shake it until it is completely well mixed.

You need to add Wet Ingredients: Find another bowl and mix together the melted coconut oil and honey, and a vanilla extract.

Combine Ingredients: Combine all mixed ingredients and shake it well.

Spread on Baking Sheet: After completing all above steps then you need to spread the mixture completely on the baking sheet.

Bake: In the last bake in the oven for about almost 20 to 25 minutes, An also remember that the granola should must be golden brown and crispy.

Cool and Add Dried Fruit: Remove from the oven and granola cool completely on the baking sheet. Once this will completely cooled then add the chopped dried fruit and mix it well.

Store: Store the granola in an airtight bowl at the room temperature. It will stay fresh for up to two weeks.
